    Ingredients for Salad:

    • chopped tomatoes
    • lettuce
    • sliced avocado
    • purple cabbage
    • almonds and pecans
    • steamed beets
    • carrots
    • Sesame seeds
    • Bell Pepper


    Ingredients for Dressing:

    • tahini
    • lemon juice
    • maple syrup or agave nectar
    • purple cabbage
    • minced garlic
    • ground cumin
    • a pinch of sea salt
    • ground paprika


    How to Prepare the Salad:

    1. Once all ingredients are chopped, put them in a salad bowl (any bowl) and gently mix together with a spoon.

    2. Serve and Enjoy!

    How to Prepare the Dressing:

    1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until well combined.

    2. Pour the mixture into a glass jar or bottle.

    3. Add to the salad and enjoy!
